She holds both SHRM and PHR certifications as well as undergraduate and graduate-level degrees in Human Resources. With focus areas in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Training and Development, Jaquina expounds her passion for transforming organizational cultures and serving as a people champion.
Jaquina’s tenure in the HR and leadership arena also includes the 2010 entrepreneurial launch of her company, Clear Career Consulting, LLC. Although she no longer operates the business, she is still committed to making sure people realize and pursue their career goals.
A diligent self-starter, life-long learner, and avid networker, she seeks continual opportunities for growth and development. Her background in Training and Development has been applied in several platforms, including during her career as an HR leader in both the public and private sectors. Jaquina has not only developed and delivered training modules, courses, and content but she also relishes a challenge as society continues to introduce relative and timely lessons that can be explored more closely in the workplace.

Although she is a strong advocate for employment and work-life, it should not go unnoted that she values personal and family time. In the midst of her hard work and dedication to fulfilling the vision and goals for many employees and companies, she finds the time to nurture her gift of writing.
